Nordic Font
Nordic Font is a fancy typeface commonly used for writing in the Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Icelandic, and Faroese languages. It is also used in Finland for the Sami language. The name comes from the fact that the first fonts were created in Scandinavia. This Font was created in the early 20th century by Norwegian designer Thorolf Holmboe.
The first Nordic Font was released in 1901. It was called Nordisk Skrifttype, or Nordic Typeface. Thorolf Holmboe’s Nordic Font typeface was inspired by the National romantic style of the late 19th century. This style was characterized by its use of naturalistic and folkloric motifs.
For more advanced uses, you need to use bodoni font by making a combination with this family. This is not a google typeface but it is also easily utilized in Canva software. This typeface was used extensively in Nordic countries during the first half of the 20th century. They were used for everything from road signs to posters and books.
