Grand Font

Grand font was designed in 1998 by the type director at Linotype, Akira Kobayashi. This classy typeface is a distinctive font due to its condensed form which keeps it original even in really small sizes. The Grand family contains ten styles each with an optical size, so you can choose the one that best fits your design project. it is famous for its high x-height, legibility, and readability.

It is one of the few transitional typefaces, but it has a visual contrast between thick and thin strokes making it notably different than most transitional fonts which are more similar in appearance. Nunito Sans Font is similar to this tremendous font. It may be due to Akira Kobayashi’s background as an art director. It belongs to the sans-serif family, with clean and elegant letter shapes that have been optimized for both screen and print.
